We supply oil and gas-fired steam boilers in the capacity range of 160 kg/h to 35 t/h. These boilers are developed using the latest principles to achieve the highest possible efficiency and meet the current environmental requirements. Our goal is to provide optimal efficiency while adhering to environmental regulations.
We supply oil and gas-fired hot water boilers in the capacity range of 500 kW to 33 MW. Our GLOBAL boilers are developed and designed based on Danstoker's 75 years of experience as an international boiler manufacturer.
We supply electric element steam boilers for all applications
Voltage ranges, and in all sizes.
Our electric steam boilers are designed based on over 50 years of experience, making them well-tested and reliable in operation.
They are environmentally friendly and highly service-friendly. They are available in sizes ranging from 6 to 6,000 kW and are manufactured in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU standards.
They can be delivered as low- or high-pressure boilers, with or without feedwater equipment. The type-approved control panel is fixed/mounted on the boiler, but other solutions such as wall-mounted control panels are also possible. Control and regulation systems, contactors, main switches, and fuses are included.
The boilers have a large water and steam volume, ensuring good dry steam and stable pressure in the boiler. The elements are flanged, making maintenance very easy. The boilers are delivered as a fully assembled unit, factory-tested, and ready for use. We can also provide custom-made boilers according to our customers' specifications.
We supply feedwater tanks, both pressurized and non-pressurized, with and without deaeration towers.
Our feedwater tanks are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and acid-resistant steel grades, with a maximum size of up to 20 m3. The tank is insulated and jacketed with the same blue panels as Danstoker's boilers. A pressurized deaeration tank, when supplied with steam, protects the boiler from corrosion caused by the oxygen and carbon dioxide content of the boiler water.
We can supply high-pressure boilers and components from Boilerworks for power plants, waste and biomass-fired facilities, industrial and petrochemical plants.
Through our supplier Danstoker, we can provide custom-made special boilers for waste heat recovery, also known as Waste Heat Recovery Boilers - WHRB.
Special boilers for waste heat recovery (WHRB) are available with capacities of up to 35 MW or 55 tons/h of steam and designed pressures of up to 32 bar.
We offer design and development of special boilers and economizers for flue gas heat recovery from chemical and industrial processes.
Our supplier Danstoker has delivered over 2500 exhaust gas boilers worldwide over the past decades, establishing exceptional expertise in the field.
Exhaust gas boilers for engines are installed downstream of gas or diesel engines
Can be used for hot water, high-temperature water, and steam.
Exhaust gas flow rates from 1.0 to 40 kg/s, equivalent to capacities ranging from approximately 70 kW to 15,000 kW or around 15 tons of steam/hour.
High-pressure cleaning using compressed air of the boiler's flue tubes.
Compressed air cleaning equipment for both new boilers and existing systems. An efficient method to minimize expenses for boiler maintenance and tube cleaning.
There are significant costs associated with shutting down the boiler system for cleaning and maintenance. Prior to cleaning, the boiler has already experienced a loss in efficiency due to soot deposits on the heat transfer surfaces, resulting in poorer heat transfer within the steel walls of the flue tubes.
From facilities where this type of automatic soot cleaning equipment has been installed, it can be documented that the investment is recovered within 6 months.
The absorption heat pumps we supply are based on the need for energy optimization. By utilizing the condensation heat in water vapor through additional cooling of the flue gases, the system's efficiency is improved.
Absorption heat pumps, unlike compressor heat pumps, are driven by a high-temperature energy source rather than electricity.
With a background of 75 years of experience, our supplier Danstoker specializes in horizontal and vertical biofuel boilers.
These boilers can be used for various applications, including hot water, high-temperature water, and steam.
Capacities ranging from 200 kW to 24,000 kW or 40 tons of steam per hour.
The boilers are designed as fire-tube boilers, optionally combined with panel wall or water tube sections for design pressures up to 86 bar.
Typical fuels can include wood chips, bark, logging residues, sawdust, wood pellets, fruit stones, straw, plant fibers, husks, etc., as well as traditional solid fuels.
Each boiler is adjusted based on the calorific value of the fuel.
We construct customized heating plants in containers, tailored to meet any requirements. These container boilers are pre-assembled internally, and all you need to do is connect the power and media and start them up. This eliminates the need for weeks of on-site installation, resulting in minimal installation costs.
Our container boilers can be used by all types of industries that require steam for processes/production or heating. We supply them to various industries such as dairy plants, breweries, slaughterhouses, laundries, bakeries, fish processing plants, hospitals, food manufacturers, and district heating providers, to name a few.
The container boilers are available in various capacities, ranging from 300 kW to 5000 kW, and can be oil-fired or gas-fired. They are supplied in standard 20 or 40-foot containers, with a desired RAL color. We also provide custom sizes, including prefabricated boiler houses, to meet specific requirements.
The containers are insulated and equipped with features such as lighting and supplementary heating. They are designed to withstand extreme cold and heat, making them suitable for use in various climates and temperatures.
The container boilers can also be equipped with a modem for remote monitoring and support, allowing our service technicians to provide technical assistance and clarifications at any time, regardless of their location. This enables faster and more cost-effective support for our customers.
